Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Merlin’s Walk Shopping Centre, Blue St, Carmarthen SA31 3BN
The above-mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the “Promoter”
2. Employers of the promoter or their family members and employees of Merlin’s Walk tenants will not be permitted to enter the competition
3. No purchase is necessary
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
6. No cash alternative will be offered
7. All winners will be notified via Facebook.
8. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
9. Entrants must be over 18
10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/ her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
14. The winners’ name will be published on our website and social media
15. All prizes must be collected from the Centre management office at Merlin’s Walk no postage will be offered by the 31st of January 2023
