In line with the Welsh Government restrictions the Centre will reopen to non-essential retail from the 12th of April 2021.

Our top priority is to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers and retailers. We are working hard with our retailers to deliver this.

We have implemented additional health and safety measures to create a COVID-19 approved environment including enhanced cleaning regimes, queue management systems, distribution of PPE to centre staff and the installation of additional signage.

We ask that all safety procedures put in place by our Retailers and Centre Management teams are respectfully followed.

CUSTOMER SERVICES
Please note there will be no seating facility throughout the mall at this time. Our accessible public toilets will be open between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. There will also be a one-way system in place on the stairway and landing from the bus station to TK Maxx to facilitate social distancing. Access will be from the bus station only.

RETAILER NEWS
Our retailers will be operating their stores in line with their company policies and where possible will have a queuing system for your safety, which we ask all customers to be mindful of.

Face coverings must be worn in store, in our lifts and public toilets unless you are exempt.

Please note, that during this time individual store times will vary and can change at short notice, please check with individual retailers for opening times.
