Your role at Savers will be all about ensuring the store gives exceptional customer service, encouraging the team to get their job done and exceed targets. You will also ensure that the store is fully stocked and maintained to a high level presentation at all times. In addition, you will be involved in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and driven individuals to become the face of our restaurant in the role of Team Member at our Burger King in Merlin’s Walk in Carmarthen. These are permanent positions with a starting salary of National Minimum Wage dependent on age, with a range of hours available. We offer 28 days annual leave entitlement pro rata, inclusive of public holidays.

 

Shift Manager:

 

We require enthusiastic, positive and driven team-players for the permanent positions of Shift Manager at our Burger King in Merlin’s Walk in Carmarthen. This role requires the successful candidate to provide support to the management team in creating a positive team and working atmosphere and driving a successful restaurant.

Management level experience is preferred, but not essential, as you will be put through our own management training programme.
We are a fast-paced industry so are therefore looking for individuals who are outgoing, flexible, confident and well-skilled in customer service, if you think you are such an individual we want to hear from you.

These are permanent, full-time positions with a salary between £15,750 – £17,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus potential bonus earnings of £1600 per annum.
